This is a champagne with an unequalled freshness in the mouth, an explosion of fine bubbles with notes of red fruit and cream.

The Chanoine Frères house, founded in 1703 is the second eldest House of Champagne. Backed by her expertise, she created the Tsarine vintage in tribute to the Russian Tsars, which was the main foreign market for champagne in the 19th century. The balanced alliance of the three Champagne grape varieties gives this fruity pink cuvée, finesse and sweetness.

On the nose, this drink releases aromas of wild strawberries, wheat and blackcurrant buds. To the eye, a resplendent ruby colour, with a light bead of fine bubbles.

Grape varieties: 34% Chardonnay, 33% Pinot meunier, 33% Pinot noir
